Black Bean Dip
1 jar Chip Magnet ® Black Bean Salsa (or really, any Chip Magnet Salsa)
1- 12 ounce block of cream cheese, cubed
1/2 lb to 1 lb Chorizo sausage, browned & drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Makes 4-6 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except shredded cheddar cheese in a pan, stir & cook over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Bring to a boil for a minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat & add shredded cheddar cheese. If your skillet or serving dish can take the heat, pop it into a 400° oven for a few minutes until cheese bubbles. If not, it'll still melt & taste amazing. Serve while warm with tortilla chips.
